In September 2004 I started studying for a BSc (Honours) Mathematics degree at the University of Edinburgh. Opposite to general belief, a Maths degree is not only about symbols and numbers (you'd be surprised by the amount of letters we actually write during lectures... hangman is a fascinating game!).

Anyway, I have decided to collect in my site a few of the assignments I've had to prepare for uni. To be honest, most of them (if not all, at least at the beginning) won't be from Maths subjects, but from outside courses. The reason for this is not that we work less in Maths, it is the fact that the assignments are very rarely typed so I didn't see much point in putting them up.

Here goes a bit of general knowledge... Bear in mind, though, that I never said it'd be interesting!
